Weavers Way has a new store: Instacart!
Instacart's personal shoppers "pick" your shopping list — for now, just in the Chestnut Hill store — and deliver it to your door, including carrying those bags up the stairs! If an item is out of stock, the shopper will choose a substitute and contact you via phone call or text to verify that it’s what you want.
You can place a Weavers Way order from Philadelphia to Lower Merion, Springfield and Ambler, anywhere in these zip codes:
19118, 19119, 19144, 19138, 19127, 19128, 19129, 19131, 19126, 19141, 19150, 19001, 19012, 19025, 19027, 19031, 19034, 19038, 19046, 19075, 19090, 19095, 19002, 19428, 19444, 19462. 19004, 19035, 19066, 19072.
There’s a $5.99 fee for delivery within two hours ($7.99 for one-hour delivery when you spend $35 or more). You can schedule delivery for a specific time later in the day or even later in the week. There’s also the option to join Instacart Express and get unlimited deliveries for a year for $149. While there is no surcharge, we cannot provide Weavers Way discounts — member, working, senior, Food for All — on Instacart purchases; however, you can add your member number when you create your Instacart account, so all of your purchases count toward future member patronage rebates.
To get started:
- Go to instacart.com/weaversway or download the Instacart mobile app for iPhone, iPad or Android.
- Create an account if you don’t already have one. Don't forget to enter your member number (under "Loyalty Cards").
- Browse the storefront and select items for your digital cart. You can add notes in the cart about ripeness, or alternate products you prefer. ("GREEN bananas, please.")
- Select a delivery time and check out with a credit or debit card.
The first delivery is free for new Instacart customers.
Naturally, we love to see you in person. So why are we doing this? To provide convenience to our members — but also to encourage online shoppers who might never have considered Weavers Way before. And don't forget, even when you shop online, you’re supporting Weavers Way’s local suppliers, local jobs and ethical and sustainable product philosophy.
