On Friday, April 18, 6-9 p.m., and Saturday, April 19, 3-6 p.m., Rob Kulathinal will open his home for the first annual Spring for Art — a salon of works by renowned artist Robert Blunk. Weavers Way Community Programs will benefit from the sale of selected pieces.
Stonington Elements II (pictured above) is an original Robert Blunk gouache painting. The opening bid is $1,000, with $100 increments over and above the initial $1,000. Please bid now. You need not be present to win. Prints and proceeds of the same will also be available for $150.
A portfolio of eight Blunk prints, Stops Along the Way, Excerpts from His Visual Journals, 1948-2013 will be available for purchase as a limited edition of 24, for $400. WWCP will receive 25 percent of the proceeds.
The event will take place at 12 E. Sedgwick St., Philadelphia.
