NEW! Support Group: Uniting Against Sugar

Monday, February 27, 2017 - 7:00pm to 9:00pm

A new support group is starting up! Join other courageous Co-op members ready to face the dangers of modern diets overloaded with sugar in all its guises.

Over the course of six consecutive Monday evening meetings, starting tonight, we'll share knowledge, experience and concerns, review a variety of challenges, set concrete action plans, and offer lots of opportunity to share guidance, recipes, and product information. Together we will inspire and encourage one another to adopt a detox program or just set goals.

To kick things off, clinical nutritionist and herbalist Wendy Romig of Sage Integrative Health Center will join us as a special guest to help us fully understand how sugar acts on our moods, our bodies, and our brains. And, Weavers Way Member Pamela Hipp will describe how the book, "Clean: The Revolutionary Program to Restore the Body’s Natural Ability to Heal Itself" by Alejandro Junger, M.D., transformed her life. Afterwards, Pamela and Weavers Way staff member Marti Bowditch, the group's organizers, will invite questions and discussion.

It's totally free to participate and there's no obligation to commit to the whole six-week run. Come check it out and consider how this support group could benefit you. Simply let us know you plan to attend by registering HERE.
