Pickling Workshop with Executive Chef Bonnie Shuman

How do you celebrate National Pickle Day (Nov. 14)? You eat pickles, of course! And what better pickles to eat than your own! Learn how to make quick refrigerator pickles in a workshop led by Weavers Way's Executive Chef Bonnie Shuman. You don’t want to miss out on learning Bonnie’s tricks, and getting a taste of what’s possible in a pickle!

Bonnie will demonstrate how to make quick refrigerator pickles from tri-colored carrots, radishes, cucumbers, onions, and other vegetables from our produce department that bring inspiration! These pickles are great for snacking as well as for dressing up tacos, grilled flatbread with hummus, grilled fish, and more.
