Tackling the task of vegan and vegetarian meal prep for the week can be intimidating at first. You may find yourself asking, "How do I make sure I get enough protein? What if I don’t get the right nutrients? How can I keep it interesting every week? Will it even have flavor?!" Rest assured: Vegan meal prep can be very simple, all while maintaining wholesomeness and tasting great!

Weavers Way Working Member Madhu Thyagarajan will give us a 101 on her favorite ways to prepare simple and well-rounded vegan and vegetarian meals. With tons of recipes included, this workshop is sure to inspire!
