Even in the month of August, our lives can be filled with busy-ness as we move from one commitment to the next without taking time to rest, pause, take stock. This workshop is an opportunity for Weavers Way members to come together in a quiet, supportive space and fully relax on a quiet summer evening. After a brief check-in, we will move through a slow gentle sequence using movement and breath to find release. This practice will help each participant connect more fully with their inner rhythm, innate vitality and quiet joy. Mats and props are available; bring your own pillow.
Esther Wyss-Flamm, PhD, MEd, E-RYT, has been teaching yoga, breath awareness practices and mindfulness tools to individuals and groups in organizations and at studios in Philadelphia for 10 years. She also takes this work into organizational settings to promote mindful leadership, which she believes is essential for personal and group effectiveness, happiness and balance.
