Weavers Way Wellness Workshop: Learn to be Pain-Free

Thursday, November 16, 2017 - 7:00pm to 8:30pm

There's a hidden secret to lasting pain-relief.

Your brain controls how your muscles and joints feel and function. The "hidden secret" is that most likely, your brain has been unconsciously telling your muscles and joints to tighten too much. This leads to excess strain and pain. How do you get your brain to tell your muscles to relax this unconscious tension? Find out in this workshop!

"Learn To Be Pain-Free" is a method of learning how to let go of the excess muscular tension that causes common painful conditions such as back pain, sciatica, tendinitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and other repetitive strain injuries, based on the Alexander Technique.

This program will be led by Weavers Way member Joseph Arnold, Alexander Technique teacher and founder of Learn To Be Pain-Free, and you! For more information on Learn To Be Pain-Free, visit: www.learntobepain-free.com.
