Join Sophie Simpson of Blue Banyan Yoga for a 90-minute exploration and practice of breathwork. We will dive into the physiological benefits of breath as well as the profound influence breath has on our energy bodies and vitality. In our time together we will use 45 minutes for study and 45 minutes for the practice of various ancient breath practices to help bring balance and well being. Sophie is a Weavers Way working member, as well as the owner of Mt. Airy's Blue Banyan Yoga. Sophie has been practiciyng yoga since 1995.
