Workshop: The Cultured Trilogy, a Way to Gut Health

Tuesday, May 28, 2019 - 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Have you heard about nutritious and probiotic-rich cultured (fermented) foods and their power to alleviate allergies, skin problems, digestion problems and even bipolar disease? We now know that our gut health is tied to our immune system health, and our gut is where the feel-good serotonin is made.

Join us on the farm at Henry Got Crops for this interactive talk about "The Cultured Trilogy" of kefir-kombucha-cultured veggies and Donna Schwenk's CulturedFoodLife.com movement. There will be a short discussion on the benefits of these important and forgotten foods, a tasting and a demonstration of how to make them with wonderful Weavers Way products.

This workshop will be led by Weavers Way working member and cultured food connoisseur Karoline Wallace.

>> FREE. REGISTER HERE.
