	Green Valley Dairy Kirkwood, PA; www.greenvalleydairy.com Green Valley makes organic, raw milk cheeses. The Co-op carries their Pennsylvania Noble, a wonderful, if somewhat pricey, cheddar that got "Best of Philly--Cheese" in 2004. The cheesemaker is John Lohac, a real Swiss character who's been known to sing to people.
	LeRaysville Cheese Bradford County, PA The Co-op carries LeRaysville's Pepper Cheddar. It's not organic, but it's made from milk that has no growth hormones and is produced by a small co-op of four dairies near the cheese factory. Their mission is to support small family farms. They process 6,000 lbs of milk a day.
	Friendly Farm Lancaster, PA Friendly Farm is a local farming cooperative, and we purchase affordably priced organic cheddar from them. They also supply us with Pequa Yogurt and Pequa Goat Cheese.
	Michele's (also Helen's) Cheltenham, PA Michele's brand of humus, tofu tahini, meatless hoagies and bottled dressings has been sold to Helens. Still very local and very tasty, including the bottled sesame tahini and caesar dressings. Helen's also supplies one or two hot soups a week.
	Maya Kaimal Indian Sauces Woodstock, NY Indian sauces in the prepared foods case: Tamarind Curry, Coconut Curry, Vindaloo. Great for tossing in with stir fried veggies and rice.
	Hendricks Farms and Dairy Montgomery County, PA Small family farm producing Raw Milk artisanal cheeses from grass-fed cows
	S & C Pickles West Philadelphia Mild and hot pickles--crunchy, fresh, slightly sweet, less vinegary than some pickles.
	Claudio's King of Cheese South Philadelphia Claudio's supplies the co-op with fresh smoked mozarella every other week, and sometimes with basic fresh mozarella.
	Moshe Mermaid Lane A variety of soups served hot in the deli, from the same local company that supplies so many delicious salads and spreads.
	Culinary Crossings Homemade soups featured in the weekly soup rotation at the deli.
