Staff positions
Weavers Way has a wide variety of positions in departments ranging from prepared foods (deli), grocery, produce, cashier, floral, health and beauty aids , outreach, shift management, and clean-up. Typically, staff work various shifts during the week on a regular basis, and often in more than one department. Weavers Way strives to provide staff with a livable hourly wage and competitive benefits.

Paid co-operators
It often happens that we have open work slots on our calendar and we pay members by the hour to help us cover these shifts. These shifts are 2 hours each, and are usually scheduled the day before they are posted. Applications and guidelines are available at the registers.
