| Key Co-op Documents and General Membership Meeting Minutes Weavers Way Financial Audit for Fiscal Year 2008 Weavers Way Financial Audit for Fiscal Year 2007 Strategic Plan, 2005 to 2007 Starting in 2003, Weavers Way set about developing a strategic plan for expansion and growth. Co-op By-Laws First developed in late 1973, the by-laws are continually revised. Board Policy Manual There's a relatively new movement afoot among co-ops around the country to move to a form of board management called Policy Governance, which emphasizes broad goals while providing clear guidelines on what a general manager and his staff cannot do. What CAN be done is left up to the interpretation of the general manager. The document that spells out these goals and limitations is called the Board Policy Manual. Member Survey A professionally conducted survey of member attitudes and buying habits, completed in early 2006. Co-op Mission Statement A statement of our basic purpose, and the values we're committed to. Product Philosophy Statement What are the principles that guide our purchasing decisions?
