DESCRIPTION:Come and meet a founding family of Asoguabo, Equal Exchange’s banana cooperative partner since 2006. Meet with the farmers and learn more about their farming practices from them. They will share an overview of Asoguabo & how/why the co-op began? Their 20-year relationship with Equal Exchange and  this family’s experience of transferring the farm from parents to children. What current challenges they are navigating? Hear about the positive impact of being in the banana co-op & of the co-op on the communities.\nThis inperson talk will be hosted in the cafe at Weavers Way Ambler on June 9th from 4-5:30pm.
