Join Mira to learn about chair yoga and the practice includes many traditional yoga postures adapted for sitting in a chair to promote strength and flexibility, as well as breathing exercises for mental clarity and stress-relief. Enjoy a gentle morning stretching workout with us! This, 3 session, workshop series will be offered virtually via Zoom on Tuesdays at 9am.
