Mindfulness for Everyday Peace
We need mindfulness when we are in the middle of a stressful situation - stuck in traffic, a frustrating conversation or when we make a mistake to name a few situations many of us find ourselves in throughout the week.
Join mindfulness educator Michael Carson to learn practical, evidence-based techniques and about mind-body research that allows for you to rapidly reset your mindset and calm your emotions, thoughts and body in less than a minute!
All levels of experience with mindfulness welcome to begin or expand upon your own practice of using mindfulness! Participants are welcome to join in on individual sessions as well as enjoying the full series.
This series will meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm over Zoom during the month of May.
