Online Workshop: The Cultured Trilogy, a Way to Gut Health

This workshop will be led by Weavers Way working member and cultured food connoisseur Karoline Wallace. Karoline will discuss "The Cultured Trilogy" of kefir-kombucha-cultured veggies and Donna Schwenk's CulturedFoodLIfe.com movement, and she'll lead a discussion on the benefits of these important and forgotten foods.
