From Resolution to Reality with Seth Pollins

Saturday, January 9, 2021 - 11:00am to 12:15pm

The New Year is a time of optimism. Witness the "resolutionists" at the local gym courageously weightlifting, cycling, and running their way to the new, healthy person they hope to be. Unfortunately, most people relapse into bad habits. John Norcross, who researched New Year's resolutions in the 1980s, discovered that 50% of Americans made resolutions, yet less than half stuck with it after six months — and only 19% after two years.

Do you want to make a sincere change — a change that sticks? Join wellness expert Seth Pollins for a two-part class on making and keeping resolutions. Focusing on the resilience of your body and mind, Seth will explore a series of straightforward tips for optimizing your potential to make and keep resolutions.
