Sweet Sleep: A Workshop to Improve Your Nightly Rest
In this workshop, we'll talk about how to downshift your nervous system to prepare for sleep. Then we’ll talk about the mind that won't turn off and how to coax it into dreamland.
We’ll do some easy movements for winding down (with lots of variations), simple breathing techniques and jedi mind tricks for taming the overly busy mind.

About the Instructor: Michelle Stortz is a certified yoga therapist who specializes in cancer support.
