Home Delivery, Curbside Pickup, and Bulk Pre-Orders

Weavers Way is temporarily increasing the number of days during which home delivery and curbside pickup are available to members. We will now offer delivery daily Monday through Friday.

Our expanded home delivery service is for members of Weavers Way who are affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. Please use this service if you are sick or in a high-risk category and cannot come in to the store. There is a limit of one order per member household each week. For delivery orders, your address must be within 5 miles of the store you select. Please note: Our Ambler store does not deliver to Philadelphia.

Please note that we charge $7 for home delivery and $5 for curbside pickup orders. If you are experiencing a hardship, you will have the option to request a fee waiver when placing an order. Orders will be fulfilled by the individual stores; minimum order is $35.

We offer these two services:

  • “No contact” delivery — We’ll drop off your groceries at your front door.
  • Curbside pickup — We’ll assemble your order for pickup and have it waiting for you when you pull up to the store.

Our preferred method of payment is your member EasyPay account. You can fund your EasyPay account from home by logging on to the Member Center. Please make sure your account contains sufficient funds before placing your order. We also accept payments by EBT. All member discounts will apply.

If you're not in a risk group or not a member, Instacart also offers home delivery from our stores; if you are able to use this service, please do so. Please note that Instacart is a separate company, and Weavers Way is not responsible for orders placed through them.

Schedule

Orders open on the following schedule. This schedule is subject to change; please check back as we work to increase our capacity.

  • 5 p.m. Saturday for Monday Delivery/Pickup
  • 5 p.m. Sunday for Tuesday Delivery/Pickup
  • 5 p.m. Monday for Wednesday Delivery/Pickup
  • 5 p.m. Tuesday for Thursday Delivery/Pickup
  • 5 p.m. Wednesday for Friday Delivery/Pickup

We stop taking orders when all three stores have reached their capacity for the day. If we do not reach capacity by midnight, we stop taking orders overnight and reopen orders at 8 a.m. We strongly recommend that you begin to place your order promptly at 5 p.m.

If you begin placing an order before we are at capacity, but finish it after we've reached capacity, your order will be accepted but will be filled the following day. (For example, if you begin placing your order on Saturday for Monday delivery, and during that time we hit capacity, your order will be filled Tuesday.) You will receive a confirmation email that specifies your delivery/pick-up date.

To Place a Delivery or Curbside Pickup Order

All home delivery and curbside pickup orders must be placed through the Weavers Way Member Center. If you don't know your login info or are having any trouble with this new system or EasyPay, please contact member@weaversway.coop or call 215-843-2350, ext. 290.

Ambler Bulk Pre-Orders

Low on almonds? Running out of flour? Let our bulk staffers in our Ambler store do the scooping and bagging. Email amblerbulk@weaversway.coop in advance with your list of bulk items, and we'll have them packed up to go within a day or two. No need to ask for help at the store — just pick up, check out, and be on your way! Please note: Orders received Friday or Saturday may take a couple of extra days to fulfill. There's a maximum limit of two pounds on rices and beans, and five pounds on all flours. Also, we can fill coffee orders and will grind beans if requested!
