Pre-Ordering

In addition to the thousands of products on the shelves at Weavers Way, members can also pre-order just about anything else our suppliers carry. Pre-ordering can also save you money when you order cases of products we regularly carry.

Steps

  • Please include your member number and phone number in the text field, along with your order information, including the store where you will pick it up.
  • Be sure to include brand, quantity, size, flavor and any other special instructions you think might help.
  • Allow a week for most pre-order items.
  • We'll contact you to confirm, with a price and availability date.

Weavers Way Provisions

Members can skip the hassle of preordering in store and now preorder wholesale through Weavers Way Provisions! All orders will be available for pickup at our Ambler and Germantown stores.

Weavers Way Provisions is an online platform that gives members access to around 20,000 natural and organic products from the UNFI catalog. Members will be able to order items by the case—including many we don’t carry in stores. The site is easy to navigate, with clear product photos, pricing, and case size details to help members make informed choices.

The pricing that members will see within the Provisions catalogue reflects their membership wholesale discount. No further member discounts apply.
