How do I get on the member site and what's there?

Click Member Center at the top of the Weavers Way website home page or navigate to members.weaversway.coop. You can sign up for hours, look up and pay your equity, check your household information, make donations and easily access important Co-op documents such as Board meeting minutes.

What if I need help with a member issue?

Contact the Membership Office at member@weaversway.coop or 215-843-2350 ext. 119. Membership Manager Kirsten Bernal will get your problem solved in a jiffy!

I want to make an advocacy action request.

Members who would like Weavers Way to take action or make an endorsement in the public policy arena are asked to fill out a form. A Weavers Way management committee reviews all requests and makes recommendations to the Board for action.

Can Weavers Way make a donation to my group?

Weavers Way may make in-kind or occasionally cash donations to support community groups or activities. Learn more about requesting donations here. A Weavers Way management committee reviews all donation requests.

How does the Local First program work?

One of the great benefits of being a Co-op member is our Local First program. Visit the Local First page at www.weaversway.coop/local-first, pick up a Local First brochure from the stores or just look for the Local First decal, to find community businesses that offer special discounts to Weavers Way members. Just show them your Weavers Way card!

How do I set up online receipts?

It's easy. Just log into the Member Center and go to the My Household block. Click on "See More/Edit Details." Select a cooperator to edit. In the window that opens, scroll down to "Get Email Receipts?" (just below "Email Address") and make your selection. Then click submit. Your can change your option at any time.

Where can I see my recent Co-op spending?

Log into the Member Center and go to the My Purchases block.

How do I arrange home delivery?

Home delivery is currently available on Mondays and Wednesdays. Contact us at delivery@weaversway.coop or 215-843-2350 ext. 309 for more information.

How can I place special orders or make catering orders?

  • In addition to shopping at the store, members can pre-order just about anything our suppliers carry. Pre-ordering can also save you money when you order by the case.
  • Our catering business is growing by leaps and bounds. Download a catering menu, or pick one up at the stores. Call our Prepared Foods Department (Weavers Way Mt. Airy, 215-843-2350, ext. 102, or Weavers Way Chestnut Hill, 215-866-9150, ext. 218) to plan your feast.

Food For All is designed to put more good food and eco-friendly products in the hands of more members of our community. This program offers Weavers Way members on SNAP, WIC and other forms of public assistance discounted equity payments and an across-the-board 15 percent off their Co-op purchases.

WWCP partnered with Martin Luther King High School in 2014 to teach life skills related to urban farming and nutrition to students with intellectual disabilities and autism. Students take part in lessons related to planting, caring for, and identifying plants; use small gardening tools; and learn new skills that will prepare them for life beyond high school.
