Practitioners of this 4-week online Chair Yoga class will learn introductory yoga philosophy, practice gentle exercises for strength and flexibility, and breathing techniques. Modifications will be offered so that practitioners of all different abilities can participate and enjoy. This is an online series offered on Monday mornings from 10-11am. Mira McEwan, R-YTT-200, Chair Yoga Cert-20, believes that yoga is for “every body” and “if you can breathe, you can practice yoga.” Mira is passionate about making yoga fun and accessible to people of all ages and abilities. She recently returned from several weeks in India where she furthered her yoga training. She has been a registered nurse for 24 years, and enjoys being wife to Kenny, and grandmother to Max, Casey, and Evan.
