The Co-op has new dietary guides to share, and Jefferson University Masters student nutritionist Michaela Heil will be debuting them on Friday, October 27. Visit Ambler from 12-2pm or Chestnut Hill from 4-6pm to grab a handy guide and speak with Michaela about how it can help you find products at the Co-op that support a heart healthy, diabetic or anti-inflammatory diet.
