Join us for an evening of discussion about fracking for natural gas and its associated impacts on environmental and human health. Guest Speaker Representative Greg Vitali, Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, will present his "Marcellus Money and the Pennsylvania Legislature Report." Rep. Vitali hails from the 166th Legislative District (serving parts of Delaware and Montgomery Counties), where he has been a champion of the environment since 1992. Rep. Vitali will share his analysis of PA campaign finance reports, lobbying reports and ethics statements relating to gas drilling in our state. His presentation will show the amount of money spent by the gas drilling industry on our elected officials, illustrate the policy consequences of lobbyist influence, and discuss recommended changes.
