Join us for meditation sessions based in Mindfulness. We will be practicing breathing techniques and awareness of attention.

Sponsored by Weavers Way Co-op and led by Mindful Educator and Instructor Kara Lehman, these sessions will be held on Zoom. Join for one or many sessions. The sessions will be appropriate all experience levels. Everyone welcome!

Kara Lehman, a working member at Weavers Way, has been a high school English teacher in Ambler for the past 16 years. She has her Masters in Special Education, her yoga teacher certification, and has studied at the Mindfulness Institute at Jefferson University Hospital. She has been a Mindful Educator and Instructor for the past eight years, working with students, teachers, businesses, adolescents with special needs, and addicts. She is continuously inspired by the transformations she witnesses in those she works with and herself.
