Fresh Spring/summer recipes for entertaining by Reshmi and Seema
Join local chefs Seema and Reshmi in our Ambler store to learn new recipes for entertaining this summer. They will prepare roasted spiced cauliflower on a bed of creamy labne and cottage cheese yogurt (an Ottolengi inspired recipe), Kosambari - soaked raw mung beans and vegetable salad with carrots, cucumber, coconut, finished with zingy tadka tempering and lastly a tasty spring pasta salad with ricotta, lemon, asparagus, peas and fresh herbs. A variety of dishes to make entertaining fun and tasty! This is an in person workshop which will be hosted in the café of our Ambler store on 6/6 at 6:30pm. Please register here.
About the instructors: Local blogger and Weavers Way friend Seema Vaidyanathan (@addictedtospice) is back with delicious recipe and tips for easy meal ideas. Reshmi Nair lives in Ambler, with her husband and two boys. She loves cooking, developing new recipes, and enjoys trying new cuisines and foods. She is on a self proclaimed mission to demystify Indian cooking and spices, and spread the joys of simple Indian home cooking.
