Healthy and Fresh, Diabetic Friendly Lunch and Dinner Ideas

Thursday, April 20, 2023 - 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Join us for a engaging discussion on healthy diabetic lunches and dinners. This talk will include how to build your plate, what is a proper portion size and review of current research on managing diabetes. Nicole invites you to attend the workshop even if you are not diabetic or prediabetic, as she will be discussing keto and lower carb meal choices for weight loss. One of her recent achievements has been becoming a personal chef. Cooking is something that should be fun, food should taste good but also be right for us and healthy, this is what she teaches to her clients and helps them through this process.

This workshop will be hosted via Zoom on 4/20 at 5pm. A link to attend the event will be emailed to you after you register to attend the talk. Please register here
