Join two Jefferson MS/RDN students for an engaging workshop, “Managing Stress Through Foods During the Holidays,” on November 13th from 6:30-7:30 pm. We will explore the connection between what we eat and how we feel, with practical strategies to enhance your well-being during this busy time. In addition to the workshop, we’ll share a share a delicious pomegranate salad recipe for you to try at home and lead a store tour to help you discover healthy ingredients and holiday-friendly foods that can boost your mood and energy. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their well-being during the holidays, whether you're hosting family gatherings or simply seeking ways to take care of yourself amidst the hustle and bustle.
This in person workshop will be held in the Weavers Way Outreach Office located right next door to our store in Germantown at 326B West Chelten Ave, Philadelphia PA 19144.
