The holiday season can be a joyful time, but it can also be a stressful one. Practicing mindfulness can allow us to be present for it all. This simple meditation technique can help us more fully enjoy the positive moments & better handle the demanding ones.

Kara Lehman, a working member at Weaver's Way, has been a high school English teacher in Ambler, Pa for the last 16 years. She has her Masters in Special Education, her yoga teacher certification and has studied at the Mindfulness Institute at Jefferson University Hospital. She has been a Mindful Educator & Instructor for the past 9 years - working with students, teachers, businesses, adolescents with special needs and addicts. She is continuously inspired by the transformations she witnesses.
