Workshop: Get Spicy in the Kitchen

Monday, February 10, 2020 - 6:00pm to 7:30pm

This Valentine’s Day, get spicy in the kitchen! Of course we are talking about cooking!

Instead of ordering takeout or eating out, spend the evening with your loved ones at home, cooking a delicious meal using warm spices.

The duo from @Sisterhoodofspices, working members Reshmi and Seema, share some special properties (read: magic!) that some common spices have, as we learn to use them to cook up popular Indian dishes.

>>FREE. Pre-registration is required. SPACE IS LIMITED! REGISTER HERE.

Menu:

  • Aromatic Masala Chai — The perfect way to cozy up with your loved one with a steaming cuppa! We promise this will also make you the most popular among your friends!
  • Healthy Aloo Chaat — Warm, spiced Indian street food-style potato salad with all kinds of crunch and flavors.
  • Paneer Muttar Masala — Learn to make this silky, saucy dish from scratch in just a few steps!
  • Shahi Pulao — Rice Pilaf fit for the queens and kings.
  • A simple chopped green salad.
