According to the CDC, half of the people seeking medical treatment for dog bites each year in the U.S. are children. Approximately 75% of those children are bitten while interacting with familiar dogs, such as the family dog or a friend's dog. Let's learn about how to safely and respectfully interact with our pups so we can enjoy each other's company and live harmoniously in peaceful forever homes.
This event is geared towards children, but the content is equally valuable to adults as well. An adult must be present to supervise children and assist as needed.
