Gentle Chair Yoga with Mira Mcewan

Practitioners of this 3-week online Chair Yoga class will learn introductory yoga philosophy, practice gentle exercises promoting core activation, relaxation, optimal breathing, and flexibility. Mira McEwan, R-YTT-200, Chair Yoga Cert-20, believes that yoga is for “every body” and “if you can breathe, you can practice yoga.” Mira is passionate about making yoga fun and accessible to people of all ages and abilities. She is a Weavers Way working member and has been a registered nurse for 25 years. This is an online series offered on Monday evenings, March 10, 17, and 24, from 6:30-7:30pm.
