Weavers Way 28-Day Healthy Eating Challenge Kick-Off & Pledge Signing
Weavers Way Co-op is hosting a 28-Day Healthy Eating Challenge! As summer approaches, NOW is the time to revitalize your relationship with food and health. Just look around: The market is bursting with the color and optimism of the summer harvest. Do you feel this optimism? Do you want to?
As part of our challenge, each participant will be asked to sign a Healthy Eating Pledge:
Eat/Drink:
- A gently stimulating “morning elixir” every morning
- A large salad daily
- At least one large (double-size) serving of steamed green vegetables daily
- At least one serving of fermented vegetables daily
- A gently cleansing herbal tea each evening
Your pledge will be encouraged with weekly support meetings and classes, weekly fitness sessions, recipes, nutrition tips and more.

This season’s challenge will be guided by Seth Pollins, a cook, writer and teacher. For 10 years, as a lecturer and recipe developer at Whole Foods Market, he inspired thousands — from children to adults — to discover the joy of cooking and eating.
