Is there an anti-inflammatory diet? Come and learn how the food we eat can play a role in preventing inflammation in the body, with the goal of boosting mental and physical health as well as disease prevention. From noon-1 p.m., we'll be tasting and talking all about anti-inflammatory foods and, of course, answering questions!
This program is brought to you by the Weavers Way Neighborhood Nutrition Team, a group of nutritionists, dietitians and other wellness practitioners who are working together to bring nutrition inspiration and information to Weavers Way members. The Team aims to provide information and resources that empower members to make desired changes in their nutritional programs.
This program will be led by Nutrition Team Member Nicole Schillinger, owner of the Functional Health Center in Ambler.
