• Older CRT TVs and monitors $40 - $80 each (according to size)
• Air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air purifiers $25
• Flatscreen TVs $25 • Microwaves $15 • Computer monitors $7
• Batteries $1 per lb. except sealed lead/acid batteries $2 per lb

No light bulbs, please.

The Weavers Way Environment Committee sponsors regular electronics recycling events. They partner with PAR-Recycle Works, a non-profit organization located in Germantown that offers environmentally responsible e-waste recycling services and employs formerly incarcerated individuals. The funds raised through donations at these events support the Environment Committee’s grants program. In 2021 alone, more than 8 tons of electronics and 550 pounds of batteries were recycled.
