At this workshop, we'll discuss the amazing connection between sleep, daily rhythms/cycles and the connection to optimal energy — or the lack thereof. The relationship with ourselves and our interaction with nature is a powerful stepping stone that helps us to find balance in our health and lives. Come learn a bit more about yourself and how to enhance the quality of sleep and see its effects on energy. We will also be seeing interactions with diet as part of this whole picture.
