Weavers Way Workshops

The Co-op offers an extensive selection of workshops on various topics, most at no cost. Spend some time with your neighbors at these evening programs and learn more about topics such as wellness and nutrition, DIY demos, movies, community issues, sustainable living and more. Program locations vary. For a full program listing and to RSVP, visit the Weavers Way Online Calendar or see the Upcoming Workshops calendar at the bottom of this page.

Moxie Tuesday programs include cooking demos, discussions about food and nutrition, and other food-centric events taking place every second Tuesday of each month. Free takeaways and tastings included! Sponsored by our friends at Food Moxie.

Weavers Way Homesteading Workshops inspire and enable a stronger connection of our homes and lifestyles to nature and community. From how-to workshops on topics of self-sufficiency and urban homesteading to discussions about gardening for biodiversity, our Homesteading programs guide us in methods of creating more sustainable, connected and personally satisfying ways of modern living.

Wellness Workshops explore techniques and tools for healthy living and take place every first Thursday in the beautiful Healing Arts Studio in Chestnut Hill.

Propose a topic! Or, give a workshop yourself! What would you like to learn about? Or, do you have expertise you’d like to share with our community? Weavers Way members can earn three hours of work credit for presenting a 90-minute workshop. Past topics have ranged from watercolors to water pollution, movies to massage, books to backyard chickens.
