All are welcome to shop — no membership required!

Weavers Way is a member-owned cooperative grocery with locations in Northwest Philadelphia and Ambler. We offer a friendly shopping environment and reasonably priced, high-quality products that are local, sustainable, organic, fairly traded, and healthful.

Pre-Ordering

In addition to the thousands of products on the shelves at Weavers Way, members can also pre-order just about anything else our suppliers carry. Pre-ordering can also save you money when you order cases of products we regularly carry.

Our Community

Weavers Way Co-op is committed to serving and supporting the community. We actively work with organizations such as the Mt. Airy Business Association, East and West Mt. Airy Neighbors, Mt. Airy USA, Chestnut Hill Business Association, Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture and Saul High School and our neighboring schools.

The community may make requests for monetary and in-kind donations, and Weavers Way members may request that the Board of Directors take public stands on issues that line up with Weavers Way's Ends and other governing principles.

Gluten Free

In addition to fresh vegetables and fresh fruits, meat, fish, cheeses, dried beans, nuts, seeds and rice products, Weavers Way offers many clearly labeled gluten free alternatives to products that would normally contain gluten. They are located throughout our dry grocery, refrigerated and frozen sections. Some brands listed make products with gluten, so check labels to be sure.

Members can pre-order many products we don't normally carry on our shelves. Contact Norman, our Purchasing Manager, for help with pre-orders or simply fill out a pre-order form in the store.

Equity Payment

Among the requirements for membership in Weavers Way is an investment in the Co-op's equity. Each household invests up to $400 in equity in the Co-op (or more, if they choose), which can be paid upon joining, or in $30 annual installments. Being a Co-op member means being an owner in a very real sense, and when you pay this investment, you are buying your share of equity in your co-op, your share of the bricks and mortar, and the future of Weavers Way.

Online Work Calendar

Weavers Way's Online Work Calendar enables Co-op members to sign up for work hours, view and edit their household’s information 24 hours a day, from Weavers Way stores, a mobile phone or personal computer.

Connecting Online

You can connect to the Online Work Calendar through the Online Member Center. If you are connecting from the store, use the terminal located to the left of the dairy case. The login screen should already be active.
