I just wanted to drop a line of thanks to Joan Gigliotti for the recipe in the January-February Shuttle. What a time my family of five had this Valentine’s Day! There was the impromptu kitchen dance party featuring the baby while the eggplant sautéed. There was a valentine trivia game hosted by the 10-year-old while we dined. And what put it over the top was the lip-smacking chorus coming from one very picky seven-year-old.

This delicious recipe made for a real event for this cooped up Co-op crew.
